Working with the Unstereotype Alliance and Google, we developed a platform that shines a light on the factors that cause women to feel isolation in our industry and demonstrated how the power of collective experience can combat that. The app went live at Google Harbor at Cannes 2019.

The APP
Through Augmented Reality, we brought a global support system right to the hands of women in advertising. We partnered with Google and Unsterotype Alliance to create a pride of lionesses—representing real women in the industry—who can surround you, and give advice when you need it.
INSTAGRAM HUB
We created a content strategy centered around Instagram that allowed us to build interest and scale by showcasing women in the industry and their stories. Through this, we explored common factors that audience members could relate to and issued proactive tips on how to dismantle isolation.
